The 17th edition of the automobile event at the Grimaldi Forum is a magnet for supercar and hypercar enthusiasts, along with all those interested in new technologies and green solutions.
For several years, HSH Prince Albert II has been promoting greater respect for the planet and encouraging the development of new technologies to this end. At Top Marques Monaco around 10% of exhibitors are considered to be environmentally friendly, and this percentage is rising. The organiser’s goal is to ensure that at least 30% of participants are presenting green innovations by 2025. The 17th edition is dedicating an entire section to this sector, which features models such as the Xturismo Limited Edition hoverbike. Designed by ALI Technologies of Japan, this motorcycle is capable of flying thanks to its drone-like propellers. “This year we are launching a space dedicated to iconic sports cars from the 1950s to the 1990s, and we are also hosting a VIP cocktail party and
show preview on 8 June, following the inauguration by HSH Prince Albert II,” says Salim Zeghdar, Deputy President of Top Marques Monaco trade show. The evening launch party will give visitors an exclusive preview of some of the world’s most luxurious and powerful supercars and classic cars. The next generation of vehicles on display includes the Aspark OWL by Japanese company Aspark, which will be unveiled here for the first time in Europe. This 100% electric supercar carries a price tag of €2.9 million (excluding tax), and is sold by Absolut Cars Consulting, the French luxury vehicles specialist. Among the other green exhibitors are Devinci, manufacturers of electric collectors’ cars, DAB Motors, who produce electric motorcycles, and many more.
