Coya Monte-Carlo is back for a new season from 1 May to 11 October with its blend of fusion cuisine, colourful cocktails and electric atmosphere, just a stone’s throw from Jimmy’z and the Salle des Étoiles. In a decor inspired by South American crafts, chef Fabrizio Fossati prepares dishes blending Peruvian flavours with a hint of Asia. Among the delights on offer is Lomo de Res, a spicy beef fillet served with aji limo and crispy shallots. Sheer heaven. After dinner, head over to the Pisco Bar & Lounge for one of the signature cocktails crafted using exceptional tequilas and rums.
