Culinary Weeks

Discover international cuisines

This new concept introduces innovative culinary themes that allow diners to (re)discover the Resort’s finest brasseries, bistros and restaurants. Food lovers take note: this event runs for four more weeks until 16 January 2022, so there’s still time to feast on exciting new flavours.

Le Salon Rose
Monaco on a plate
In honour of the National Day of Monaco, Le Salon Rose is flying the flag for the Principality, bringing you local fare straight from the kitchens of the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo. Chef Thierry Saez-Manzanares and his team will prepare famous Monegasque specialities for lunch and dinner throughout this Culinary Week.
15 to 21 November 2021

L’Orange Verte
Oriental flavours
Take a trip to the Far East for lunch or dinner at L’Orange Verte, the bistro-style restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, where head chef Marcel Ravin serves exotic gourmet meals in the conservatory or on the sunlit terrace.
29 November to 5 December 2021

Café de Paris Monte-Carlo
Shellfish galore
Get into the festive spirit and enjoy exquisite seafood at the legendary brasserie in Place du Casino. The oyster bar has been taken to the next level by Meilleur Ouvrier de France master chef Philippe Joannès and his team, who will delight seafood lovers with irresistible delicacies to eat in or take away.
6 to 12 December

L’Hirondelle
Detox week
Healthy cuisine is on the menu all year round at the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo. But for this special week, chef Jean-Laurent Basile has designed a detox menu that’s ideal for the post-holiday period. Taking care of yourself has never been so delicious.
