Throughout 2021, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has given pride of place to gastronomy. The Festival des Etoilés is an example. The Resort “house” chefs choose a distinguished guest chef to form a multi-Michelin-starred duo and deliver an exceptional meal prepared by four hands. The most recent dinner took place on 5 November, when Marcel Ravin invited three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco to join him. The festival culminates in a gala evening to be held on 27 November in the prestigious Salle Médecin of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. For the first time, all the Michelin-starred chefs who participated in the festival – Manon Fleury, Marcel Ravin, Franck Cerutti, Dominique Lory and Yannick Alléno – will work side by side to prepare a six-course meal featuring their signature dishes for a hundred lucky guests, accompanied by jazz and soul music.
