    In a drive to offer something new whilst holding on to its timeless values, the Vistamar catering teams at Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo have taken advantage of this closure period to redesign the restaurant’s gastronomic offering and propose food lovers a brand new concept. Le Vistamar will be open from 7am to midnight, from breakfast to dinner, both indoors and on the large terrace that overlooks the Mediterranean, embracing Hercule Port, the rock and the palace of Monaco in one look. The bistro offer is divided into two moments for a resolutely chic style.
    A “Chic Bistro” at lunchtime: a relaxing, friendly atmosphere for a speedy and stylish lunch. What’s included? A standard menu or a simplified weekly selection of dishes offering refined cuisine to be enjoyed during a businesslunch or a mouth-watering break between two shopping sessions.
    “Gourmet Chic” in the evening: gourmet takes pride of place, much to the delight of the establishment’s guests. This Michelin star-rated restaurant proudly demonstrates how it earned its impressive reputation, thanks to a selection of dishes packed with high quality products, its seasonal menu, its gourmet menu, its skilful combination of dishes and wines.
