ÔMER, the Mediterranean restaurant at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is inviting guests to discover its champagne brunch, held every Saturday. The weekly brunch is the perfect occasion to enjoy the creations by chef Patrick Laine inspired by a variety of culinary traditions. After sampling the viennoiseries and must-try mezze (hummus, avocado dip, patatas bravas, etc.), select and order your main dish (meat or fish). Finally, let yourself be tempted by one of the delectable desserts by pastry chef Dorian Lutzelschab.
