A morning by the water 

For the non-morning types or those who want a simple change of pace, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort has created a new, non-traditional breakfast served on a floating tray in the lagoon! The “Floating breakfast” package includes a hot drink, bread & pastries, cheese/cured meat/salmon, a selection of cereals/yoghurt fromage blanc/toppings, ”Wellness” juice or fresh-pressed fruit juice, a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne, a fresh-fruit skewer, crêpes/pancakes, a hot dish à la carte. By request for an additional charge: vegetarian, dairy-free or halal dishes, special menus to accommodate dietary restrictions, foot massages after breakfast, yoga sessions, and more.

New for this summer: a stunningly romantic tête-à-tête where a set menu by Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin is served to you at the intimate Sea Bay, next to the water and under a starry sky. This unforgettable culinary adventure is all about pleasing the senses, so you can select the option of musical accompaniment, too – an acoustic trio or a guitar soloist, according to your desires. The Dinner under The Stars package includes: Roman-style welcome cocktail, flute of champagne and canapé platter served on the four-post bed, dinner in this intimate space and post-meal cigar and aged rum.

The Summer Brunch created by Marcel Ravin is changing – allow us to introduce the “Brunch Table”! The guests are invited out onto the Las Brisas restaurant terrace, where they can enjoy stunning views of the Med. New for this year is our “brunch table”, featuring starters, desserts, and everything in between: colourful salads, fish, dishes from the grill, and even our free-range “homestyle” roast chicken !

Every Sunday over the summer from 12.30pm until 3.30pm
