Discover the secrets of a Michelin-starred restaurant
With seven Michelin stars between them, the Resort’s restaurants offer extraordinary gastronomic experiences. The Michelin-starred Blue Bay restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort lets you sit facing the open kitchen so you can admire the genius of chef Marcel Ravin at work. You’ll get the chance to chat with him throughout the evening to find out his culinary secrets, from the choice of ingredients to the art of cooking. Over at the Louis XV – Alain Ducasse in the Hôtel de Paris, chef Dominique Lory will take you behind the scenes of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant for an outstanding gourmet experience.

Fly to the Alps and Italy in the blink of an eye
If you enjoyed the seven-minute helicopter flight from Nice-Côte d’Azur airport to Monaco, why not hop on board again and head for the snowy peaks of the French or Italian Alps – just a 60-minute trip from Monaco. Make the most of the five-star service on board, admire the magnificent views…and just like that, you’re ready to enjoy the best slopes in the world! When you return to Monaco, the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo are the perfect place to unwind. And if you want another change of scenery, there’s the option of taking a 50-minute flight to the Italian Riviera to taste the dolce vita in Portofino.

Visit one of the finest wine cellars in the world
Beneath the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo are the largest hotel cellars in the world, a 1,500-sqm space hewn out of the rock itself. Here, guests can savour an incredible meal paired with fine wines. Dating back to 1864, the cellars are steeped in history, and were the venue for the twentieth wedding anniversary celebrations of Prince Rainier and Princess Grace.

Treat your children to a stay at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo
The Kids Room in the Jardin d’Hiver welcomes children over the age of six during the school holidays (except for the February break). Filled with toy cars, dolls, cuddly toys, books and Lego, the space is run by licensed childminders, and combines the luxury hotel’s legendary hospitality with the values of its partner Bonpoint, the French childrenswear brand. The family-friendly Diamond suites offer tepee tents, toys and a range of bath products especially designed for children. At Christmas, young guests are invited to the enchanting Salle Belle Époque for festive activities and delicious snacks with Father Christmas.
