New pop-up spas

In addition to its regular treatments, the temple of wellness has launched a new pop-up spa concept in collaboration with French organic and certified vegan brand Paoma. Available until 1 May.

The Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo provides top-of-the-range beauty, weight-loss and relaxation treatments thanks to its multidisciplinary team of experts, state-of-the-art technologies and carefully selected partners. This year the establishment is reinventing itself by launching a collection of pop-up spas, and it has chosen to collaborate with Paoma, a young, fresh and dynamic brand with eco-ethical values whose products have been very successful in the boutique. Spa Ô is now offering tailor-made experiences, and there is also a treatment room dedicated entirely to facial treatments in the beauty salon. The Thermes therapists have been trained in the exclusive customisable treatment protocols specially designed by Sylvie Lefranc and Jimmy Jarnet. The two experts have developed holistic rituals that care for body and mind, including breathing exercises, kneading and relaxation techniques with enveloping movements that are precise and meticulous. The signature treatment developed for the Thermes, the 90-minute Rituel Harmonie Visage et Corps, is highly recommended: it consists of a 15-minute bath, a 30-minute body ritual, a 30-minute face ritual and a complementary body module of your choice. The treatment will leave you completely relaxed and can be enjoyed until 1 May, with more new wellness experiences to come.

Mind Management classes: an inner journey
The Thermes’ Wellness Space offers a seawater pool heated to 30°, a cold bath, a cutting edge cardio training room, a solarium and a jacuzzi facing the Mediterranean! These facilities are complemented by a range of weekly activities such as Mind Management classes, where you’ll learn a step-by-step process to reconnect your body and mind. After refocusing on yourself to slow down your heart rate and calm your mind, you practise breathing work to release tension, and a meditation using semi-sophrology techniques of visualisation, music or sounds. The 30-minute individual sessions help you tune in to your anxieties so you are better able to deal with them.
