Monte-Carlo Sporting

Summer Festival

Enrique Iglesias, le 7 août à la Salle des Etoiles.

In the Principality, it’s the major musical event of the season. The prestigious Salle des Étoiles at Sporting Monte-Carlo and the more intimate Opéra Garnier will once again be playing host to an array of great artists live in concert.  This year’s opener features English singer-songwriter Jamie Cullum. The pianist takes us on a jazz-pop journey at the Red Cross Gala in aid of the organisation’s aid efforts.  The festival also sees the return of international stars loyal to the event. Italian crooners Zucchero and Paolo Conte, for instance, along with new generation Latin pop icon Enrique Iglesias.  Acclaimed Russian artists Stas Mikhaylov and Valeriy Meladze take audiences on board too.  As for bands, Sister Sledge, the four sisters straight from Philadelphia, and flamenco group Gipsy Kings with their lead singer Nicolas Reyes, will be appearing. Not forgetting, a supercharged Fight Aids evening with the Abba Show and an enchanting Oriental Night with Lebanese singer Assi El Hallini. Festive and rousing!
